The Wellcome Photography Prize is now open for entries

Paused since the pandemic, The Wellcome Photography Prize returns to celebrate captivating stories of health, science, and human experience, bringing together different perspectives from around the world. There are new prizes and new ways to win. But this year also sees the return of an old favourite, as scientific and medical imagery is reintegrated alongside photography.

Free to enter and open to photographers and biomedical image makes at professional, amateur, and student levels from anywhere in the world, they don’t mind who’s behind the lens, only what’s in front of it.
